As we mainly carry out design in our local offices, we go and explore, and establish the necessary construction facilities wherever you are, with an on-site and hands on approach to delivery of the product you contract with us.

Dirkmarine has been designing and constructing innovative floating structures for over 25 years. Unlike traditional houseboats, our Floating Homes are custom designed for purpose and built from the “ground” up to be permanent, functional homes on the water.

We utilize our vast expertise in naval architecture and marine engineering to craft concrete foundations. Unlike steel, concrete offers a 100-year lifespan, requires minimal maintenance, and is environmentally friendly.

Every Dirkmarine project is 100% custom-designed to meet your specific needs and vision. Most of our homes feature a Scandinavian-inspired contemporary interior design known for its clean lines and seamless connection to the outdoors. Large windows and strategic ventilation eliminate the need for energy-guzzling air conditioning. Additionally, through our DHHS® hydro heat recovery system, we extract energy from the surrounding water for a sustainable heating and cooling solution for our floating vessels.
