Designed by architect Anders Halsteen in Copenhagen 2012, Structural design, construction and delivery by Dirkmarine in London 2013, transported from London to Copenhagen across the North Sea behind a tugboat in 2017.

Every floating home we design is different. This one is 20m x 8.5m in ground plan. It has 2 floors and a roof terrace. All room sizes and heights are possible as long as staying within permitted heights in the local area.
